Some of the problems are we trying to solve

• Wrong sourcing for the sprouted nuts and seedlings by members can cause numerous problems, which we can address before they occur.
• Sourcing/financing of efficient processing mill for members.
• Collection of sprouted nuts and seedlings requires members buy-in early. We can work with the appropriate stakeholders to tell the story to the right people, show them what they stand to gain financially, and get the systems in place.
• Marketing a product based on environmental advantages alone is not a good strategy, but it is commonly perceived to be the only approach. In almost all cases, products need to meet or exceed the specifications of existing products to be replaced. We will study the existing market conditions and relate those to the member’s product and process potential.
• For some existing manufacturers/processors, there will be obsolete plant equipment which needs to be replaced with modern ones. But there is no more capital to be deployed to fix it. In a case like this, we will help the member understand how to get modern equipment and how to accomplish its objectives.
